Milos Raonic started his career when he first competed at a junior event sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation in October 2003 when he was at the age of 12 years old. He picked up his first singles match victory at the age of 14 years old in October 2005. His first junior titles in both singles and doubles came at the same Grade 4 tournament in October 2006. He has also won the Prince Cup doubles title later that year, partnering fellow Canadian Vasek Pospisil for the first time at an ITF event. After turning professional in September 2008 until the end of 2010, he played both singles and doubles, primarily at ITF Futures and ATP Challenger tournaments. He also won the ITF Futures singles title in March 2009 in Montreal. He has also added three more singles titles and five doubles titles at the ITF Future level in 2009 and 2010. He rose from the No. 156 at the beginning of January 2011 to No. 37 by the end of February. He also became the highest ranked Canadian male ever. He began this climb by qualifying for the Australian Open main draw. He began 2010 with titles in two of his first three tournaments, starting with his second ATP title at the Chennai Open in India. He also had back to back wins over top 10 players at a tournament for the first time where he defeated Nicolas Almagro in the semifinals and Janko Tipsarevic in the final.
Milos Raonic opened the 2014 season by reaching the third round of Australian Open, losing to Grigor Dimitrov. He has also sustained an ankle injury that kept him out of action for six weeks. He improved on his career best performance from March through May at five consecutive ATP 1000 events. He was also seeded in the top 8 for the first time at a Grand Slam tournament at the French Open. After ending his 2017 season early, he dropped to No 24. He began the 2018 season at the Brisbane International as the fourth seed. He lost in his second round to Alex De Minaur in straight sets. He then went on to play at the Australian Open where he lost in the opening round to Lukas Lacko in four sets. His next tournament was the Delray Beach Open. He easily beat Taro Daniel in the first round but went on to lose to Steve Johnson in straight sets in the next round. He started his 2020 season at Qatar open in Doha where he was seeded 4th. He has also defeated SamQuerrey, Daniel Evans, and a resurgent Andy Murray from at the 2020 Cincinnati Masters. He has also competed in Davis Cup, Olympics, Hopman Cup.
