Carlos Henrique Casemiro is one of the popular and famous football players. He plays as a defensive midfielder for Spanish club Real Madrid and Brazil national team. Casemiro started his career when he was at the age of 11 years old. He made his Serie A debut on 25 July 2010 where he lost a match against Santos FC. Casemiro also scored the first goal of a 2-0 victory over Mogi Mirim Esporte Clube on 7 April 2012 at the Arena Barueri. Casemiro along with his club has also won the Copa Sudamericana, with the player making one substitute appearance in a 5-0 home success against Club Universidad de Chile in the quarter final. 

Casemiro was later loaned to the famous and popular Spanish club named “Real Madrid” in the late January 2013 which was being assigned to the B-team in Segunda Division. He played his first match in the competition on 16 February in a 1-3 defeat at CE Sabadell FC. CasemiroOn 20 April 2013, he made his La Liga debut playing the full time against Real Betis in a 3-1 home victory. He scored his first goal in Europe on 2 June, opening the reserves 4-0 victory overy AD Alcorcon at the Alfredo di Stefano Stadium. He was again loaned to the famous club named “FC Porto” on 19 July 2014 in a season long loan. He played almost 40 games for the Portuguese where he scored 4 goals. In the 2016-17 campaign, he scored four goals in 25 matches, helping his team win the national championship for the first time in five years. Casemiro has also appeared 13 times while scoring one goal during the 2017-18 Champion League, when Madrid won their third consecutive and the 13th overall title in the competition. He was also the regular starter during the league season, as Real Madrid won the 2019-20 La Liga. 

International Career: 

Casemiro started his international career when he appeared with the under-20s at the 2011 South American Championship and the 2011 World Cup. He made his first international debut for the Brazil senior side on 14 September 2011 in a 0-0 draw against Argentina when he was at the age of 19 years old. He was also named among the 23 man list for the Copa America Centenario on 5 May 2016. He was also selected by the manager for the upcoming edition of the FIFA World Cup in Russia in May 2018. He made his debut in the tournament on 17 June where he played 60 minutes in a 1-1 group stage draw with Switzerland.
