Lindsey’s early career was going smoothly and when she was just 13 years old as her parents moved to Colorado to stay with her to help her train and take care of her. Her siblings also relocated close to Lindsey for additional motivation. Her training under SCV was challenging due to strict rules, guidelines, and training under difficult weather conditions and terrains. Lindsey was showing early promise due to her speed and technique and despite being an underage girl for age class her coaches were convinced her to train and compete with the seniors. She started in gate training which was the advanced level of training with some high-class students. With all that training under her bag, Lindsey won her first tournament just a year later when she mesmerized everyone with her performance in Cadet Slalom events.
Lindsey Vonn was improving rapidly and started to climb her rankings immediately as she participated in Skiing World Cup when she was just 16 years old. However, she did not achieve anything monumental and then debuted in Winter Olympics in 2002 in Salt Lake City and with an impressive display, she secured the top sixth spot. Lindsey then participated in the 2003 Junior World Cup when the venue took place in Puy Saint Vincent, France. The next year she again won the runner-up place in the senior World Cup and also won a silver medal in US Alpine Championships. In 2008, Lindsey Vonn has a massive season when she won the world cup and US Alpine Championships. The year later in 2009 also Lindsay won the World Championship held in France and also became the first woman to win the world Super G title.
